Cynthia Cherrey is a Clinical Associate Professor at USC. She completed her Ph.D. in communication with a concentration in organization leadership and management. Her primary interest is in leadership development, and her current research resulted in a book entitled Systemic Leadership: Enriching the Meaning of Our Work. She was an invited participant in the W.K. Kellogg Leadership studies project to advance leadership, knowledge, education and practice for the 21st century and presently serves on the Board of Directors for the International Leadership Association. She is a Senior Fellow at the Burns Academy of Leadership and is also the recipient of a J.W. Fulbright Scholarship.
