Dr. ZhouYing has a varied background as a researcher in the fields of soft technology, technology innovation, sustainable development and strategy studies, and science and technology policy. In addition to her work for the Chinese government and domestic industries, she has been a Visiting Professor at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln and the Western Reserve University (Cleveland, Ohio) and a Senior Research Fellow at the Institute for the Future in California.
