
Brian Chossek currently serves as President of Seven Oaks Ranch, an integrated organic food company that operates a 12.5-acre organic ranch, manufactures the Garlic Gold® line of organic food products and operates ShangriLa Gourmet™ a natural foods cafe. Since its beginning in March of 2003, Seven Oaks Ranch has created more than 35 quality jobs, with employees receiving living wages health insurance and other benefits increasingly rare in today's economic climate. Seven Oaks Ranch now distributes its products to more than 1500 locations nationwide and has been named a Top 20 Organic Company by Ode Magazine for its social and environmental practices. Prior to launching Seven Oaks Ranch, Brian actively consulted to a variety of companies, including LB Licensing, the exclusive Licensor or Laurel Burch imagery, where he served as President. He is a member of the Board of Directors of the World Business Academy and Omega Pointe Institute and an Advisory Board Member of the Center for Sustainable Enterprise at the University of North Carolina's Kenan-Flagler Business School.
Brian has actively consulted to a variety of start-ups, companies undertaking reorganizations and long-standing companies including Green Village, where he held the title of Vice President of Sales, Micell Technologies, Johnson Burnett and The Men's Wearhouse. In the non-profit realm, Brian has provided pro-bono consulting to a variety of organizations, including the Himalayan International Institute, publisher of Yoga International. In his work with the World Business Academy, he played a key role in the development of the Croatian Business Academy, the first MBA program in Croatia and the launch of the Global Mind Change Forum, an annual conference in Santa Barbara.
Brian earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh, graduating first in his class while earning a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration. He earned his MBA from the University of North Carolina, Kenan-Flagler Business School, where he focused on entrepreneurship, sustainable enterprise and venture capital.
